Refund Policy
- No Refunds: All services and products are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Service Guarantee
- 14-Day Guarantee: We offer a 14-day service guarantee for nail-related issues such as lifting, chipping, or breakage. Repairs beyond 14 days will be subject to standard repair fees.
Gift Certificates
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Gift Certificates cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- Not Replaceable: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates. Please keep them safe.
Pricing Policy
- Firm Pricing: All prices are fixed and non-negotiable, except during clearly advertised promotions.
- Price at Checkout is Final: In case of any discrepancy, the price listed at the cashier is considered the final and correct price.
Booking Policy
- Right to Refuse Bookings: We reserve the right to decline your booking if we determine that we cannot fulfill your expectations or service requirements.
- Repeated No-Shows or Tardiness: We also reserve the right to refuse bookings from clients who repeatedly miss appointments or arrive late.
- Respectful Communication Required: Any use of threatening language, profanity, or disrespectful behavior that negatively affects the mental or emotional well-being of our staff or customers will result in immediate refusal of service and possible banning from future appointments.
Customer Responsibility
- By entering and using our services, you acknowledge and accept our pricing and policies.
- It is your responsibility to pay the full price after services are rendered, regardless of satisfaction, unless issues are addressed during the appointment.
